Our lot manager here at Florida Lifestyle Homes was born and raised in the Westside of Jacksonville. He moved to Middleburg with his wife in 1999, where he still is a local resident today. He started his career as a local licensed real estate professional that he has done for 6 yrs and has successfully closed over 125 transactions! Therefore he has established many local business contacts that help him efficiently do his job now! In his off time he is a husband to a local 1st grade teacher that also has been serving Clay County for six years. He is also the father of two wonderful children a daughter Malynn and a son Austin, along with two family boxers (dogs). They all try to enjoy outdoor activities when he is not working.
