Karrie was born in Lafayette, Indiana, and lived in the mid-west until she was 14 . At age 14 her parents brought her to the Middleburg area where she later graduated from Middleburg High School in 1989. Karrie has been a resident of Clay County for 22 years.
Her family is the most important part of her life, she has been married for 16 years and has two children. Karrie loves interior decorating and has had several home based businesses decorating and staging homes. One of her clients convinced her to complete real estate school and obtain her Florida Real Estate License.
Karrie’s new passion is helping people find new homes. She is excited about her career and hopes to help many other families obtain their goal of finding their next home. |

After serving two tours of duty in Viet Nam (May 1968 – May 1970) David returned stateside, received an honorable discharge, and became a south Florida (Cape Coral) resident in 1970. He began a professional preaching career which has taken he and his family to Fort Myers, Lake Placid, Port Charlotte and Auburndale, Florida. David moved his family to Orange Park in 1980. He and his wife currently reside in Middleburg, Florida.
In 2007, after thirty-seven years in one profession, David began his 2nd career in Real Estate. His association with ERA Moneyhan Realty and Florida Lifestyle Homes along with his knowledge of Florida in general, and of the Jacksonville/Orange Park/Middleburg area in particular is a valuable asset to David and his clients in providing professional real estate services.
